In addition to our monthly leaderboard Invitationals players will have the opportunity to win entry into at least two championship tournaments in 2010.
A. American Poker Invitational's Knockout Poker League Championship
Prize: Beat the Ace for Bad Beat on Cancer
Live Championship tournament to be held in Atlanta where the winner receives up to $10k package which includes:
Airfare and hotel in Las Vegas plus attend VIP parties, tournament entry plus entry to play Beat the Ace
where you will play one-on-one against our Aces (celebrity pros) for great prizes promoting a Bad Beat on Cancer.
Here is how it works: Knockout the first Ace and win that round of cash and prizes, then stop and enjoy the party or let it ride to play the next Ace for even more prizes:) Continue on to Beat all three Aces and win the Grand Prize!
How to Qualify to Play in the Championships:
1. Ace of Venue- approximately every 12 weeks the point leader or champion of each venue will be
named a league venue “Ace” and receive entry into our championship tournament.
2. Win a Leaderboard Invitational! Winner receives entry into the League
Championships. Leaderboard Invitational’s for our point leaders will take place each month with terrific prizes for the final table.
3. Top overall monthly point leader each month receives
entry into the championships
4. Top 25 overall point leaders for the year receive seats
5. New VIP Frequent Player Program-A select number of VIP members who play
frequently in our nightly live tournaments will be selected to receive a seat directly into the championship.
6. Regonal championships-the winner of each regional championship will win a seat to the finals.

How to Qualify for Knockout Online Championship
1. Win any nightly league tournament* starting in January and you have your seat in the 2010
Semi-Finals-top 25% finishers in semi-finals may advance to this Championship. Satellites may also be announced throughout the year
2. Live Monthly Leaderboard Invitational winners receive seat in the championship.
3. Special Online seats to be awarded-to be determined and announced.
4.New VIP Frequent Player Program-VIP top 25 loyal members who make the points
frequently will earn seats directly into the finals.
